Monique is an independent Customer Experience Strategy Consultant and works on both Spanish and international projects. She started her first roles and projects in the field of customer experience back in 1989. At the time she was still in the Netherlands, after which she moved to England and ultimately made Spain her home base. Optimising the customer experience is still her great passion. In addition to strategic CX projects, she also delivers masterclasses to clients, business schools and universities.
Although she has lived in Madrid since 2001, her work takes her all over the world, both virtually and literally. Her professional and life mottos are “stay relevant” and “do something different” — which means she is never bored.
