Elisa Carbonell Martín is CEO of ICEX Spain Exportation and Investments. Previously she held the responsibility of General Director of Internationalization. Before joining ICEX, she was international affairs advisor in the cabinet of the first vice president and minister of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, Nadia Calviño and, between 2012 and 2015, she was responsible for European Union Affairs, as advisor to the Minister of Economy and Competitiveness, Luis de Guindos.
