An official association requires an official general meeting of members. Shortly, the agenda and the accompanying documents for this will be made available on this website.
The intention is that everyone has read these before the meeting so that targeted questions can be asked and we can proceed to voting. Members who are not present can issue a proxy vote.
The second part of this members’ meeting is intended for discussing new plans and brainstorming about the coming DBC years.
Before the start of the meeting, EY invites the members for a short drinks reception. To end the evening, we will reserve a table for dinner in a nearby restaurant. The costs of this dinner are at each person’s own expense.
