Martin obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Saxion Business School in the Netherlands. After starting his career in HR and consultancy in healthcare, retail and logistics, he moved to Madrid in 1998. There, he was responsible for Operations and Sales of international logistics projects before making the transition to Executive Search in 2003.
Since then, he has focused on the Retail and Consumer sector and led assignments at Nexus Executive Search (IMD International Search Group) and IHR Consultancy, among others.
In 2017, Martin founded Sedna Executive Search, active in more than eight European countries.
