DBC Lunch 9th January

Thanks to guest speakers Merel van Dongen and Koen Greven, football club Atletico de Madrid was regularly discussed during our lunches this year.

At the upcoming New Year’s drinks, we therefore thought it would be a good idea to get to know the Metropolitano stadium – home of “creer hasta vencer”.

For the occasion we made an appointment with the Grupo Brindis and rented the Bierbar at the stadium.

Our host and founder of the Brindis, José Tomas Perez, has put together the following cocktail menu for us:

 

  • Vasito de consomé al jerez
  • Bodegones de quesos mediterráneos
  • Surtidos de ibéricos de bellota
  • Empanadas de carne
  • Empanadas de atún
  • Canapés de rabo de toro con crema de hongos
  • Barra libre (MAHOU, Ederra crianza, Rueda, refrescos, tinto de verano)
  • Cava to conclude and toast on the new year.
